As a licensed physical therapist and certified fitness professional, thank you for continuing to allow me to bring the clinic to you with personalized instruction and evidence-based education for proper form always. Modifications and movement suggestions based on your performance is critical and provided during each live class. This simply is not found anywhere else.
During this session here is what you can expect:
- TWO 12-week exercise classes to help you improve your health and fitness level.
- Classes include our Buff Bones® mat class and our Functional Strength Training class.

- Balance training in each and every class.
- Weekly recordings provided. Can’t make a class? Don’t worry. All are recorded and made available for you to view – as many times as you want – when convenient for you.

Current class memberBuff Bones® Mat Class
Safe for adults with osteoporosis and osteopenia
Focus: Core strength
Protect your bones and boost your balance with a class that integrates Pilates, strength training, functional movement, and fall prevention training to improve the health and longevity of your bones and joints. You must be able to stand on both feet and get up from the floor without assistance. Nancy is one of the few Advanced Licensed Buff Bones® instructors in the world and movements and exercises will vary class to class. All are welcome and modifications will be provided to those with varied fitness levels.
Please have a mat, small towel, small ball or pillow, belt, small hand weights and a bottle of water ready for use.
12-week session on Tuesdays at 9:00am (ET) between January 13th – April 14th, 2026.

Functional Strength Training Class
Safe for adults with osteoarthritis
Focus: Strengthening arms and legs
Build strength and improve your balance to help make your daily activities – and perhaps your sporting activities – easier and more fun. This weekly class is performed both seated and standing with the use of resistance bands, dumbbells, and your own body weight. It is never too late to build muscle, get stronger, improve your balance, and live better. All are welcome and modifications will be provided to those with varied fitness levels, including those with arthritis.
Please have a firm chair, small towel, small ball or pillow, resistance band(s), dumbbells, and a bottle of water ready for use.
12-week session on Thursdays at 9:00am (ET) between January 15th – April 16th, 2026.

For all classes:
Allow enough space for your mat or chair and space around it to move (approximately 5 feet total on either side). Please be near a wall (or stable surface) to use as support for some balance exercises for your safety. Weekly recordings will be made available to you after each class with links sent via email. Watch as many times as you like during that week. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to class. Each one-hour class ends with a short Q&A discussion. Exercise in the comfort of your own home, wherever that may be.
Please note: There is a minimum number of registrants required for each class so please register early to assure your class will occur.

If you order both classes by December 15th, 2025, you will be eligible to schedule one FREE one-on-one consultation with me during our Winter Session (January 13th – April 16th). This consultation is your choice and is not necessary to register for both classes. This consult (up to 30 minutes in length) is available via phone or Zoom and must be scheduled in advance. This free consultation gives us more time than class allows to dive into your questions – and offers a more confidential approach – to assist you with your health goals. I look forward to helping you feel better, move better, and live better.

*Terms: All sales final. Online classes are hosted by Zoom. Registration required. Payment may be made via check (to Pro Movement Solutions) or Square using the link provided below. If you are mailing a check, please also contact me via email to communicate your intent. Register by December 15th for two classes to receive your volume discount and to qualify for your FREE consultation. This consultation is your choice and is not necessary to register for both classes. Final payment due no later than January 10th, 2026. Punch cards or other cards previously purchased may not be used for payment without prior consent.
A signed 2026 annual waiver is required and will be emailed to you separately, if needed, via DocuSign. This waiver will apply to all online LWA classes, sessions, and workshops during 2026. A signed waiver is required prior to class attendance. No exceptions. If you currently have a 2026 waiver in place, this covers participation in this class session. By registering for this class, you acknowledge that this waiver is in effect.
Live Zoom class links will be emailed to paid participants who have signed the annual waiver closer to the start of classes (approximately January 10th). Links for recorded classes will be emailed to all registrants as soon as possible after each class and will be available for viewing for one week. When there is a gap in live classes, recordings on Zoom will remain available during that time. Class dates and times are subject to change. Please consult with your physician or other healthcare professional prior to starting any new exercise program. The education and exercise provided is in no way intended to be a substitute for medical consultation.

Seasonal sessions occur all year long via Zoom. Workshops will also continue to be offered. With each one, we take a deep dive into a certain subject and provide movement strategies that are safe and effective for you. Stay tuned for more information on future workshops.
